Service Centre
The communal business and service area will be allocated to businesses in the park and have the following facilities:

With a minimum surface area of 1,000 m2, comprising the following features:
1 multi-purpose hall 50 m2 (25 pax)
1 meeting room 30 m2
2 offices 25 m2
1 videoconference room 25 m2
Lobby with reception area comprising switchboard, computer, fax and photocopier
The Office for Research and Innovation
Located in the PCTUA Head Office, it houses the OTRI serving University of Alcalá researchers in coordination with the Research Management Service providing support in the management of:
R&D&i promotion and business links
Legal advice and processing patents, contracts and agreements
CM laboratory network and R&D&i infrastructures
R&D Project Promotion

Apart from the usual work of: technology promotion, advice on setting up businesses and innovation, communal service Park administration and management, and communal space and room management at the Centre, it is planned to have the possibility of managing the following services: typing, graphic presentations, translations, marketing consultancy, meetings, etc.
