This phase is fully developed and plots were sold by the Urban Consortium of Leganes Tecnológico by public tender.
Phases 2 and 3
Urbanization work is due to begin in the 3rd quarter of 2009. The location of your business may be carried out in accordance with the use that best suits the nature of your business in the commercial tertiary, industrial technology or business science area.

To access a plot with dimensions and usage best suited to your needs, you have several options:
1 .- In the event that your company is technologically advanced with an ability to generate added value (information and communications technology, advanced materials, advanced manufacturing processes) your company could be based in the Scientific Business zone, acquiring land by public tender that this Consortium will issue when the plots can be made available to prospective owners.
2 .- Your business is compliant with the intended uses of the Commercial Tertiary area.
a) Public tender of the plots belonging to this Consortium, which we will announce when the plots are available to prospective owners.
3 .- Your business is compliant with the intended uses of the Industrial Technology area. In a similar vein to the options provided in the Tertiary Business.
