The Network develops activities in all key areas identified by high- and mid-tech businesses. It is able to carry out all these activities more effectively than other institutions that are 100% public as:
- It is near demand in strategic sectors via cluster-integrated businesses and its vision is not, therefore, administrative.
- It is able to generate economies of scale in specialised service provision in each of the above areas and reduce final costs.
- It is not a net consumer of public resources in the Community.
